Great experience with Istanbul Granite for our countertops. We picked a countertop from MSI, which was a bit difficult to deal with (We drove there a few times to finally find a slab we liked. A couple of times they didn't have the slab [that was marked on their website as available] on display, and another time the slab was cracked). Throughout this process, Seb from Istanbul Granite was a great help. She was always available to answer questions and coordinate with MSI. Once we ordered the slabs, Seb quickly scheduled a measuring appointment, and an installation appointment afterwards. Mel and his crew did the measuring and installation, and they did a beautiful job. We've had these countertops for a few months now with no issues. Their prices were also competitive. There was a small billing error that Seb was very quick to take care of. In short: This is a family business with quality workmanship, competitive prices, and excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Great experience start to finish for granite countertop. They came out quickly to measure and give estimate... masked up! I have a tile backsplash that was not going to meet the top of the countertop, so we went through all the options before we settled on one. I asked A LOT of questions and they were patient and answered everything!!! Once I picked my granite, they were ready to install in a week. Install was on time, quick and clean! Countertop and new sink are beautiful!
