I had a very disappointing experience this morning. I received an early call from the staff claiming my payment didn’t go through, and instead of calmly resolving it, I was spoken to rudely and even called a scammer — completely unprofessional. Turns out their system was down and the issue wasn’t on my end at all.
Later, I spoke with the owner who was kind, understanding, and apologized multiple times for how I was treated. I truly appreciated her attitude. However, despite everything, she still charged me for the order.

I got my mom flowers for Mother’s Day, and they showed up on the date I selected and more beautiful than I imagined. And for the standard size they were full and in bloom. Decent prices for beautiful arrangements.
The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and the recipients "loved the little butterfly". Flowers for the family of a deceased loved one. And you brought them a smile with the beautiful arrangement. Thank you!
