Dick and Rip's provides excellent service, taking care of everything needed, and keeping customers stress-free. They are known for their honesty, fast service, and quality work at great prices. The team, including Chuck, gets customers back on the road quickly with fairly priced and quality repairs. This place seems like a good place to keep cars going, with no upsale on services not needed and reasonable prices. They offer a range of services, including auto battery replacement and engine repair, earning them a reputation as a trustworthy and reliable choice, already making customers loyal for over a decade.
Best service we've ever had. They have been servicing our 4 vehicles for the past 32 years and there has never been a problem or issue. Chuck (the owner) and John (Chuck's assistant) are both committed to providing excellent customer service and are honest and trustworthy beyond anyone's expectations.
I first came across Dick and Rip's a few years ago when I got a flat tire a couple blocks away on the way to visit a relative. They just happened to have the right tire in stock and changed it for me for a good price. They left an impression with me of being good, honest, trust-worthy people. I have since moved to Warminster. Last week I was quoted for $3000+ from Midas to get 2 catalytic converters replaced, which they said was needed in order to pass inspection. So far I’m very impressed! Nobody tried to get me to pay more than I have to. My car is 14 years old and I’d like to keep it going another 14 years. This place seems like a good place to make that happen.
