Face had hair on it at the end and neck was not brushed but blown down my shirt; was not asked about length of sideburns as well….although it was a decent haircut, some steps on a typical haircut were missed.

Gracie was very kind and professional. I got my bob haircut trimmed and wasn’t sure it was even and she fixed everything I asked her too with pleasure. I’d return bc although I didn’t think it was perfect initially, she willingly fixed it to my liking and I appreciated that a lot.
