Denny rekeyed my locks on a weekend when he was having a very bad day. It took a little while due to constant unavoidable interruptions. These were due to completely unforseen circumstances and were necessary. It slowed him down, but through it all, he managed to maintain a good attitude and kept plugging away. He did a lot of work at a very reasonable price. I will use them again.

This is the best place!!! I had a car key break (door only) and the usual place I went couldn’t help me. Everywhere I called didn’t seem to pay attention to or care what I was saying and I was quoted FIFTEEN TO THIRTY times the price that Penn Hills lock and door quoted me. They listened to the problem, told me to come in and were so helpful and competent. They charged me LESS than they even quoted and the new keys worked perfectly, I got multiple copies for door AND ignition to avoid this mistake in the future. I cant recommend or thank them enough. This is the type of place you hope to find and be able to go to.

I realized I had lost my RV camper door key the day before I was planning to depart for a week long camping trip. Penn Hills Lock and Door was able to get the door opened with zero damage and created two new keys for me . Same day service at a VERY reasonable price - and very nice people as a bonus!
