We had two retaining walls lining our driveway replaced during the summer of 2023. We collected quotes from six companies for the project. As you can see, the "before" picture shows one of our crumbling natural stone walls. They needed a LOT of work. Rolling Hills Landscapes offered what we felt was the best product for the price. The service we received during the process was wonderful.

Amanda Linder communicated with us throughout the entire process, and her customer service was just incredible. She explained everything from cost breakdown and permit requirements to design and add-on options. We never felt sales pressure from her, and she was patient with our questions. She maintained consistent contact with us from start to finish.

The crew who worked on the project was also respectful of our property, our neighbor's property, and our privacy. They took care not to damage the concrete driveway. I think they left things in better shape than they found it. Rolling Hills even coordinated with us on where to put grass seed so we could do our own landscaping.

Finally, the product we received it great. We have two beautiful stone walls at a reasonable price, including drainage and interlocking blocks to ensure they're sturdy and last. Over the last year and a half, they've stayed secure and still look beautiful. We can't recommend Rolling Hills Landscapes enough for your retaining wall needs!“

“Great experience! They removed a giant maple tree that was too close to my house. They were all so polite, they did the work in the expected amount of time, I don’t think they ever stopped working all day! At the end of the day they cleaned my yard so well you’d never know they were there, AND they used some stump grindings to fill in a small ditch we had. 10/10, great people and we will use their services again for sure.“

“Rick is AMAZING!!! He knocked out our giant (uphill) backyard in two days with his crew. Our backyard went from being a black-tarped wasteland with a handful of struggling bushes to a beautiful, no hassle, plant paradise. He thoughtfully selected deer resistant plants as well as minimal to no maintenance plants and placed them so they look good now as well as as they mature and also used our existing bushes, moving them as necessary.

He also took care of our small front yard and side yards, and laid fresh mulch down on all of it.

We have been trying to get this project completed for the past three years, each year we would have multiple landscapers come out to give us quotes, only to never hear from them again. To add to everything, this was actually affordable, especially in comparison to other quotes.

His crew was professional and respectful, not only of our property but also our neighbors'.

The following day he met with us discussed our needs gave a price and we committed to him. Patrizia is so thoughtful, knowledgeable, and generous with her expertise.Gardenalia redesigned our front yard and supplied the plants; we installed them ourselves. Patrizia understood our priorities (ideally low-maintenance, beautiful, long-lasting, and also friendly to the local ecosystem) and designed a lovely planting plan that checked every box.I appreciated her flexibility: the design plan included price estimates for ordering the plants through Gardenalia with or without installation. She also provided helpful advice on sourcing the plants (and substitutions) if we decided not to order through them, and about planting.Patrizia's design is so much better than anything we could have cobbled together through pinterest/gardening books/asking my grandmother and was well worth the cost. If you want beautiful landscaping but find the thought of researching/selecting plants yourself exhausting (like I do), work with Gardenalia!!“
