“I cannot possibly say enough about how great New Horizons is. They did extensive siding work on my house, as well as 2nd floor & attic windows, doors, gutters, and any related soffit/facia and trim work.They did a beautiful job.I hired them again the following year to do the first floor windows and a gutter guard (for leaves).They did a great job discussing all of the possible options with me, and maintained ongoing communication. They made much-appreciated suggestions that really helped with the aesthetics of the finished project.The folks doing the work were all very skilled and professional and friendly.I felt that the price was reasonable given the extent of the work and the quality of the labor and materials I selected.They worked through various weather conditions and dealt with a few surprises (a squirrel and bird family that were determined to move in), all with great patience.I will hire them again if and when I have any other work that needs to be done (front bottom windows).A few before and after pictures are attached.“

The other 2 roofing estimates I received had a lot missing from them.I do my research and practically learn to do things before hiring a contractor so that I will know they are doing what they are supposed to do (I have contractor trust issues). I could not find anything wrong.... and I looked... outside, on the ladder, and in the attic. It all appears to be solid, straight, and no sloppy work at all.The roofers were polite, answered my questions, and worked like a well-oiled machine. I am very impressed with them. Oh they even helped me move my heavy porch table and grill back to my porch. Who else does that?Kristin in the showroom helped me decide on shingle and gutter colors to go with the orange brick on my house. Not easy. It looks great! “Came out right away after contacting on Yelp. Friendly service and made special effort to meet our needs for our gutter repair, down to even ensuring color matching. Final product came out great. Only reason it's not five stars is scheduling was a bit of a nightmare. Reached out several times over multiple weeks to get clarity on a date and never got clear updates. If not for the time it took for this, would be five stars, because the final product is solid. Tip: They gave me the option to pay immediately and then book at the estimate, if you can do it, take them up on this and I suspect you'll be in for a five star experience.“
