From my free estimate appointment with Cody (who waited extra long for the rain to stop to use his drone on my roof), to getting scheduled with Wil my project manager (we had a few false starts due to Pittsburgh weather), they were in constant contact with me and answered any questions I had along the way. Throughout the install they took a great deal more pictures than I can post and live updated a website that you can check out. They were able to get me on the schedule in less than a week which was important to me since I had a leak in my roof. They hauled in a dumpster, came in, completed the work quickly, and cleaned up. The crew did accidentally remove my gutters when they weren't supposed to, but they made it right and promptly came and installed new ones at no extra cost. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof!”
