The henna did not take the first time, so I went back to get it fixed and she did it willingly and even better than before. Excellent customer service and kindness. “Valerie did such a fabulous job for my honey that she went ahead and scheduled me for a facial without asking me first (ugh right?) The better half kept forcing me to "feel her face" due to how smooth it was! The option she chose was called Dermaplaning, a light scrapping of the layer of dead skin like derabrasion with her facial. I typically shy away from facials as they typically cause my skin to break out. After some arm twisting, I reluctantly agreed. On appointment day, I arrived at the location. Valerie is a one women shop that operates out of a building that leases out to various smaller salons, barbers and businesses. She performed an European facial and used a probiotic face application to prevent any break outs taking into account my past experiences I shared. It turns out the treatment did not cause a breakout and definitely worth the time. Recommended.“
