Nick was great to deal with from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had. He was on time and provided quality work from start to finish. The underground crew was great also and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done fast and right. I would highly recommend Nick, the underground crew I had and Lawrence Plumbing.
Glenn was professional and communicated each step in the process as we had a serious backup through our basement commode to septic tank. It required troubleshooting and creative options to make this repair. I appreciated the communication process from calling to schedule with a live person (not AI) and the text updates and on the way call.
Everything was awesome pretty good pricing for the work that had to be done fast and sufficient
Update:We Did Receive another backup and when called they were able to schedule very fast we were given a different issue this time which was kind of overwhelming but he did help as much as he could with our problem will be working with them again to get everything fixed for good
