As a guy with longer hair it’s hard to find a place to go for haircuts. Barbershops won’t touch it and a lot of salons will overcharge as it’s not your men’s typical clipper cut. I visited Philip Pelusi today for the first time, but they have made a life long customer of me. Maggie was my stylist, and I hope she is cutting hair for a long time to come because she gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. The absolute best. My wife has been going to Shannon for years, got me getting my cuts from her now too, and we also take our little girl there. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. Our daughter has some extra sensory needs and Shannon and the staff go above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and at home. We will never go anywhere else. 6 outta 5 in my book.
Madelyn was MARVELOUS! Having recently moved to Pittsburgh from Dallas, TX - I unfortunately had to say goodbye to my stylist/colorist of many years. I was nervous to find someone new, but my friends and family that are from Pittsburgh told me I should try Philip Pelusi as they are known for being one of the nicest salons in town. I was a bit aprehensive when they paired me with one of their (admittedly) younger stylists Madelyn, but as it turns out she is very talented and already has a great understanding of hair color and highlights.
