Vivienne is a great hairdresser who always listens and does what you want. She will go the extra mile to get your hair right for and she enjoys doing it for you to make sure that you leave her salon happy and satisfied with your new hairdo. I have been going to Vivienne since she worked in Vidal Sassoon in Cardiff, which was years ago now and after she left there, I lost her for about 8/9 years and instead I went to other local hairdressers near me. However, I could never really find anyone who did my hair quite like Vivienne and in 2019, I decided to have a look on Facebook to see if I could find her. I didn't know Viv's surname so I ended up looking under Vidal Sassoon staff reunion site and low and behold, I finally found her! I've been going to her ever since and long may I continue to do so. Seriously though, you can't go wrong with Viv — very professional and approachable. 💖

I first met Viv at Vidal Sassoon, Cardiff, and loved the way she cut my hair. 10 years later I make a 50 minute journey to Viv & wouldn’t go anywhere else, she always gets it just right. 5/5.
