The entire staff are kind, patient, and professional. They took the time to listen to my needs, and made helpful suggestions. I have zero fashion sense, so I appreciated the help in selecting frames. The entire process from exam to picking up the glasses was smooth and easy.
Dr. Biletsky and his staff are fantastic. Intake was easy and straight forward. Dr. B is very approachable. He does a great job of establishing patient rapport and connection. From there he does a fantastic job of explaining the issues impacting your visions, teaching different concepts to help explain issues, and giving great advise and follow-up information for patient care. 10/10 experience, planning to stick with this doctor.
I would definitely recommend this place if you need to see an eye doctor or get. glasses I had no bad experience the first time I went and the second time I went and I have another appointment there coming up in April so far so good for me.
