They are very unprofessional. I got an appointment for 2pm. It's 4pm, and they still haven't started my documents. Why are you getting an appointment and keeping people waiting two hours? Some people are sleeping, snoozing in the waiting room, the place looks dirty I don't even know when they cleaned it last time. Ridiculous. Don't waste your time coming here.
The absolute worst, My tax returns were pretty straight forward uploaded documents right away but never communicated with me or got them completed. Do yourself a big favor and find someone else.
Don't go there. I booked online for a tax filing by Victor Sequeira, then called to confirm. He never shows up. The guy in the office is not associated with Victor and asked me to leave documents. I refused. I left immediately, So I booked with H&R Block in 5 minutes on my phone, and then my tax filing was completed by a professional tax preparer at the H&R Block office in an hour. Stay away from FastTax service with Victor Sequeira.
