Family-owned and family-run business... mom and daughters, though Mai is the one who's there the most. She's nice, friendly, and can have a conversation (and sometimes, she got jokes ???). I've been going here for many years to get my head shaved, and they do a consistently good job. Reasonable price, cash-only for now... maybe they'll get a credit-card machine sooner or later. This spot is near 69th Street SEPTA station... lively, very close to many restaurants, shops, nail salons, etc. There's almost always street parking (tho you might have to drive around a little), and it's free on weekends.
