The technician called before arriving, was extremely nice, and went to work immediately. He received a 10+ for promptness, courteous service, and a full inspection of the furnace and air conditioning, with no mess to clean up. The team replaced a hot water tank and a furnace, communicating throughout the process and working closely with technicians for a smooth operation. Technicians took time to explain what needed to be done. A new a/c system was installed in one day, with a routine inspection identifying damaged wiring that could have caused a fire. They were dependable, professional, and did a nice job cleaning up. Servicing an oil furnace and AC unit was top notch, with a serviceman who was very skilled, experienced, and professional. From the phone call for an estimate to the quick estimate and the four man crew, everyone was informative and kind, and the new furnace and air are quiet.
