I took my girlfriend (whom is obviously a veteran) to this clinic, and it was the best treatment ever! We heard horror stories, (like in this review section) but they are just that...STORIES! Don't listen to the negative people, this place is great for vets.
I've been coming to this clinic for years. I'm beyond grateful that I have access to VA healthcare in my own neighborhood. I've rarely had a bad experience. The staff are professional. The facility is clean and roomy. I've seen the front office staff receive abuse from veterans that they did not deserve. If you want access to your labs, sign up for MyHealtheVet where you have access to all your labs, prescriptions, appointments, etc. I've read the complaints and I just want to say, before you start throwing stones, you should walk a mile in their shoes.
I have been receiving medical care at the Fayette facility for a few years now. I haven't had a bad experience yet, all my needs or concerns are taking care of. All the staff have been friendly and professional. Only problems I had is with the people you talk to on the phone to get something scheduled, but that's not in the Fayette facility.
