Bob is an honest contractor. You don’t find too many of those around. He did exactly what he agreed to do and he didn’t charge me a fortune. Definitely reasonably priced. I believe he solved a tricky roof leak. He definitely found a problem other contractors missed. I’ve been looking for a contractor like him for 10 years. I just hope he’s not too busy to do more work for me.
