Brittany Polley is the BEST! Extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Union city is lucky to have her in their small town. During my visits I feel heard and well taken care of. If you’re looking for exceptional care, look no further.
The doctors and nurses are GREAT, but the receptionists are rude, dismissing, and judgemental. Not to mention if they're sick, they have their mask under their chin and cough all over (not even into their elbow) even when you have a newborn in your arms and hand you papers without even using sanitizer. These women are the first faces you see and voices you hear when coming and they make it absolutely unpleasant. I love my son's doctors and nurses, they'd get 5 stars, but I dread dealing with the women in reception coming in and leaving. Id put it lower but it isn't the doctors and nurses fault.
