Nate's UpKeep Home Services LLC is owned and operated by Nathan Pownall. Nathan has owned and maintained a home since August 2000, during which time he has worked on almost every element of his home to gain the experience needed to operate his business. Over the years, he has: performed emergency plumbing repairs, installed laminate flooring, installed shelving, repaired large sections of drywall, poured concrete, built sheds, installed roofing, repaired siding, installed landscaping features, sealed blacktop, removed and planted trees, operated a rototiller (annually), replaced furnace filters, installed lighting, installed electric breakers, installed ceiling fans, run electric to an external structure, installed blinds, and so much more.
