Got 10" of water in my basement after a freak rain event. Never has this happened in over 50 years that I know of. I was a mess, wondering how I was going to clean up the water and silt and not have a mold and odor problem. I reached out to ProJan. Their customer service rep, Bridget, took my info and kept in touch continuously through out the day advising me when the crew would be at my house.
