T-Mobile at Endless Programming Solutions

Was there around X-mas 2022 to inquire about home internet, they were very helpful and set me up. Brought the 5G gateway home and,no signal, positioned in 15 different areas, the next day I returned for them to check it to see if it was faulty, the staff tested it and worked fine. I was there over an hour as they explained where my tower was and where to correctly place the gateway.Bang did that 4 bars of 5g, they were all courteous and great to deal with, I don't understand these other reviews. Very satisfied the time they took to help me,thank you.

Terrible service. Unreliable. Not trustworthy. Rude. When I first entered I thought this is a great local place to do business. After an hour and a half wait I realized how wrong I was.

Stopped in to switch to T mobile and set up an appointment for the next day to change over 4 phones. When I showed up I found out they sold the phones earlier. They acted like it was my fault. This is what happens when you try to shop local.
