Their customer service is fantastic and our finished product is exactly what we wanted. There were some damages to the home during delivery but they were quick to address/ replace/fix any issues! I believe their pricing if fair would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a modular home!

We have owned our 2-story home for over 10 years - we love it - it is now long out of warranty and Kintner Homes is still supporting us. We recently had an issue regarding building materials that was out of the control of Kintner Homes and they are spending considerable resources to help us resolve the situation. They are a class act. Highly recommend.

Great times Working With Kintner from start to finish to price and quality. Thanks Dennis It's been close to three years I believe. My house is absolutely amazing I love it to death. Most comfortable place I ever lived. House stays extremely warm during the winner. Stays cool in summer. I think for modular home this is well built better.
