He was helpful and explained everything to us. Setup many fans and equipment to dry out the area, cut out sheet rock and hauled away, kept a very clean area, left no mess behind. Thanks!

Ken, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable in his craft and tells you things exactly how it is. This was very different than the conversations I've had with other spray foam guys who clearly are out to make a higher profit on us customers instead of offering us what we actually need.

The nature of the business is that Jeff is a general managing multiple teams that are deployed throughout the region - and mistakes do happen - the real measure for me is that often, it is Jeff that not only identifies the issue but owns up to it and also provides me with a clear and direct plan to resolve an issue.
