David is the man. You always know what's going on with the product you're getting, he has great prices, AND he will offer expert advice. Del Fratte's is the only place I go for my landscaping material needs.
First time visiting and the owner worked with me and my needs. All I did was bring in the dimensions and he did the rest. Explained the amount of gray river rock needed to complete the project. Very reasonable rates and delivery fee's. I'm definitely going back here.
I recently needed over 20 yards of top quality topsoil to complete a project at my house. I needed it fast and Del Fratte’s was closer than any other bulk provider. The owner, David Del Fratte, was very accommodating, made arrangements to deliver my soil immediately, and provided exceptional customer service through the entire process.When I called him and ordered a third load of soil days after the previous soil was delivered, he explained that his big truck (which could haul my 8 yards of soil in one shot) was tied up at a job site. I explained that my project was not a soil emergency and that I would have no problem waiting until the larger truck was available. He said it would be available around noon. He reached out to me at noon to let me know he had spoken with the crew that was currently using the truck, they were on their way back to the shop, and he was going to have my soil loaded and brought to me ASAP. I really appreciated the owner of this landscaping company taking the time to call and communicate that the load of topsoil would be delivered slightly later than expected. I think that’s exceptional customer service.David DelFratte and his employee Dean each delivered soil to my home. They were courteous, professional, and dumped the load right where I requested. I know this is turning into a lengthy review for having a landscaping/landscaping supply company just drop off some dirt, but I was very impressed with the way they treated me as a client, their professionalism and communication.I would definitely use DelFratte’s landscaping again, and if you’re looking for topsoil or some other bulk landscaping product, I would recommend you do the same.
