We couldn't be happier with our new split system heat pump! Rocco inspected my brother's tiny house and pointed out that a larger fuse box was absolutely necessary. Another company had given us a bid and would have installed a new system using our current (and dangerously inadequate) fuse box! When Rocco quoted us an exceptional price, we jumped at the opportunity to work with him! We appreciated his professionalism, honesty and vision for making a new system function and blend into a small space. On the day of the installation, Rocco even stopped in to check on the progress (which made us further realize we chose the right company for this project)! He was hands-on from start to finish! As for the installers . . . Chalmers and Nate are the two men who installed our heat pump and they did a magnificent job! They tirelessly worked within the confines of a small space, keeping everything neat and orderly, while constantly side-stepping the cat! Behind the house, they had to work on a narrow dirt walkway against a steep embankment to install the outdoor unit. These men are incredibly talented, perfectionists, have strong work ethics and the end result was superb . . . A job well-done! Anyone can see that this project was clearly installed by professionals! Inside the home and outdoors, the entire system is clean, neat and aesthetically blends with the space! Chalmers and Nate were also a pleasure to work with! You won't meet two nicer gentlemen! They explained, in detail, how the system worked and answered all our questions. Huge shout out to Level Green Plumbing & Heating LLC! They installed a much needed new furnace for us and we couldn’t be happier. When Rocco came to give us an estimate he was extremely patient, answering all of our questions and he was also very informative. On the day of the install, we were quite impressed with Chalmers, Nate and Anthony. They also were very informative, professional and knowledgeable. They explained how to operate the new thermostat, several features of the furnace and why they had to do some things the way they did. Level Green Plumbing & Heating recently replaced our old oil furnace and AC with the highly efficient Bryant Evolution Heat Pump. We couldn't be happier with not just the electricity we are saving in cooling season and the First Energy rebates and federal tax credits we will be getting that defray a healthy chunk of the initial cost, but also the professionalism, friendliness and responsiveness of the estimator Rocco, as well as the office staff and installers Nate, Anthony and Chalmers. They were able to schedule our installation quickly and it all went very smoothly. Many cool features and we are looking forward to seeing how it performs this winter as the heat pump operates even when it is quite cold outside without using back-up heat. Highly recommend LGPH! Update Dec 2024: We love our heat pump! It tracks daily energy usage/costs. We saved over $100 in November in heating costs compared to last year’s cost heating with oil for the same month.
