When our grandparents got hit with a heavy amount of snow last week, we were frantic to try to find someone to clear the driveway since we are 1.5hr away. They had to get to an important doctor appointment, but there was no way they could get out of the driveway in that condition. After calling so many who turned us down, J&J were so quick to offer help. They took our payment only after the job was completed, which is very rare and trustworthy! I would’ve paid them 70 times over for how quick and reliable they were. The driveway looked amazing, making sure my grandma could get out safely. The service was so fast too. We now know we have a company that they can trust, and now we don’t have to worry about them slipping. If I could give 100/5 stars I would! Absolutely phenomenal company!
