Bryan is very professonal and patient. He walked me through the house, checked and explained everything in detail. The decent price is not only for a 60 page detailed reoport, but for a priceless 5 hour lesson. Even after having the report, Bryan is super helpful answering all my concerns.
I am a first time buyer and Brian walked me through every nook and cranny in the house whether it had a defect or no. He took the time to answer every question I asked even though some were out of his scope of checking. He provided helpful tips on how to use the mechanicals/electrical outlets etc. in the house. He is very patient, doesn't hurry and provides more value that the cost he charges. In his words "you are buying the house, not its problems". I would recommend him especially if you are a first time buyer.
