I dont even want to give a 1 star!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!! 4years ago we had them install our 27' pool and had issue after issue after issue. Sam had some lacky named Vinny install it and the man urinated in the sand while installing liner even tho we have a bathroom in our garage and woods all around our property. Pool had MULTIPLE issues that were addressed on day 1 and for 4 years straight. Sam always tried to pass the buck and would send ppl out who never said anything good about him or the original guy (vinny) who installed it. Then he sent one guy out who ended up causing a hole in pool. Again, we contacted Sam about the leak. And for over 2 weeks , he argued... read full review

I bought my first above ground pool from here in 1986. Four years ago the pool was destroyed by a storm. When I replaced the pool I came back to BPI Industries. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who would like to purchase a pool.
