When my computer would no longer even boot up, I searched for a local computer repair and found PC's@Home. After reading through the various glowing reviews, I gave Jose a call. He sounded very professional and was transparent on his pricing and proposed solution. I met with him within hours of my initial call and Jose got right to work. Throughout his diagnosis and path forward he kept me up-to-date. Jose went above and beyond to fix my computer and held to his initial quote even through he provided additional hardware and many many many extra hours to work on my desktop. Amazing ... called about a different issue he didn't do ... but went out of his way to help me find the appropriate business to help solve my problem ... True Gentleman and also a Firefighter ... glad to know there are still really good people out there

After calling another PC repair business (and getting no response), I took a chance and called Jose. Although my issue was minor...we spent more time on our introductory call than it took him to diagnose the problem and get my computer working. Thank you very much, Jose!!
