Alvarado Contractors provided an outstanding experience! From beginning to end Marcos was extremely professional and detail oriented. His workers were polite and all focused on delivering quality work. They started earlier than expected, finished ahead of schedule , and were very careful to leave everything completely clean when done. I was impressed by the quality of their work and their reliability. A rare find in the Poconos to find a company with such excellent work ethic! Highly recommend!

Alvarado is an amazing person to work with. Not only did he help me accomplish what I needed, but he also shared his expertise and guided me through the process when I was stuck. He concreted my walkway and filled the gaps on the left side of the steps that were sliding on one end, making everything secure and well-finished. He is flexible, works around your schedule, communicates clearly, and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend working with him.

I recently hired Alvarado Corp to address a serious water filtration issue around the foundation of my home, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a strong work ethic.

The project involved excavating around the perimeter of my house to properly waterproof the foundation. The crew carefully dug along the foundation walls, applied a waterproofing membrane, installed insulation boards, and set up a proper drainage and filtration system to prevent water from entering the basement in the future. They took the time to do the job thoroughly and made sure everything was installed correctly.
