During the July 4th holiday our water heater went down. It was an oil fueled appliance, and I’d planned to covert to gas. I’d talked to Sampson Plumbing and Heating about doing the work, but we’d not set a date. Naturally, the water heater going down created a sense of urgency.
I reached out to Sampson Plumbing and Heating, and Brian Sampson was amazing. He understood the urgency (the water heater went down on a Saturday), and somehow managed to get over to the house immediately with his team after the holiday weekend.
Additionally, Brian arranged on short notice to have all the work I needed done completed at once. That saved me a good bit of time and money. In addition to the water heater, Brian’s crew took care of the heating system and central AC.
I couldn’t be happier, and I’m grateful to Sampson Plumbing and Heating. They do consistently exceptional work with customer service to match. I highly recommend them.
*Brian also saved my 86 year old mother when her AC went down on a hot day. He diverted from his busy schedule, and had her cool and comfortable again in no time. I thought he deserved a cape for that one. It’s obvious the man, and his company, actually care.

I can't thank Mark enough for his professionalism and kindness, and wonderful HVAC/plumbing services (of course)! If my grandma has a plumbing or HVAC problem, I know who to call...he replaced her furnace 10 years ago and still follows up, without prompting, to make sure it is properly maintained and serviced. Additionally, my grandmother is in her 90's and lives by herself - Mark is kind enough to stop in and make sure she's doing well. He responds promptly to all my texts and her calls, performs quality work, and has EXTREMELY reasonable prices. He's very friendly and performs all work with a smile. Thank you, Mark Sampson, for being a stellar human being (and, of course, a wonderful master plumber). Titusville is lucky to have you!!
