“I got married at the beginning of August and am so glad I went with Something You Beauty for our hair and makeup! I was looking for a place that could channel the natural, soft glam look I was hoping for, and they provided exactly that. Since we had a church ceremony and a bit of time before we could access our reception site, we booked the suite at the salon to get ready- I had 8 bridesmaids, myself, and parents, and it was the perfect backdrop for our morning. Quiet, clean, and a pretty backdrop for getting ready photos. We also did the first looks in the courtyard, which provided beautiful scenery.

My makeup and hair lasted all day & night, and looked absolutely seamless. Hayley worked with me to get exactly what I was picturing, and was so open to adjustments. But really, there weren’t many needed because she nailed it! I felt glowy and beautiful the entire day, start to finish.

They were organized and easy to work with from a planning perspective. The timeline they provided for all of our girls ensured that the morning flowed seamlessly. We never felt rushed or behind schedule. They were professional, kind, and attentive.

Christa and Michelle were both very punctual. They let me know from the start exactly what they needed in the space to operate efficiently. They were amazing when interacting and engaging with all of the bridesmaids. They are both so incredibly professional. Every one of my bridesmaids loved their hair and makeup! Christa & Michelle took their time to do touch ups and gave us tips as to how to ensure that our makeup would last. They both stuck to our time schedule and actually completed everyone’s hair and makeup ahead of schedule giving us more time to work with the photographer. They both have such bright and bubbly personalities and know how to make each person feel special. My hair and makeup lasted all night! I danced for 3 hours nonstop and all of my curls lasted and my updo remained in place. I slept in my makeup and woke up the next day looking almost identical to how I had when Christa put my makeup on. These women are miracle workers!!“

“Took my daughter to get her hair done, her hair was tangled but the woman at the shampoo bowl managed to detangle her hair. My daughter was crying loud during that process because she’s very tender headed but they did not make us feel uncomfortable about that. The woman who did her press out did an amazing job and trimmed her ends. Love their service we’ll be back soon“

“Lira and her team are excellent. This is my first time getting a Russian manicure and I’m hooked. I love the attention to detail each tech gives my nails. It does take a big longer than a regular manicure (for this reason), but I don’t think I’ll go to another salon. After 3-4 weeks my nails still look so good (naturally grown out, but I’ll get just as many compliments on them as I did when I first got them done). If your searching for a new place for your mani/pedis look no further! Highly recommend“
