My contact person was Nate Petty, who was very professional and easy to work with throughout the three-phase project that was done on my house, which resulted from a hail storm. He was professional, patient, efficiently communicated with me all work that was to be done and a strong advocate on my behalf with the insurance company to ensure that all necessary replacements were done and not just a patch job which the insurance company was trying provide. Not only did they do a great job on all the projects, they consistently met all timelines on start/finish times and they ensured that they left my premises as it was prior to the work start each time. Nate even came back days later, after the snow melted, to ensure there were no nails/debris left on my patio. That’s what I call Superb Customer Service! I would highly recommend and have already done so!“

“Mike had a roof tear off and install in our neighborhood a couple years ago. Our neighbor has happy working with Triple Pine Roofing. I reached out to Mike and he provided a quote, site visit with shingle samples. We moved forward with the tear off and new install. Very satisfied. I had asked the company that had put up my gutters for a quote on leaf guards and with a straight face they informed us that our gutters were sagging and had standing water because the gutters were not sloped towards the downspouts, then gave us a several thousand-dollar repair and guard installation quote. Trailway Construction built an in-law suite (for my wife and I to move to rather than downsizing) with a dining area, a beautiful bathroom and a bedroom. They also rebuilt our deck, replaced two sliding Pella doors, built an outdoor patio for our grills and a second outdoor patio under the new addition. We also had two kitchen cabinets and a gorgeous vanity for the bath custom built.
