After returning late at night from a week long vacation, our keypad lock latch was jammed and not responding properly to our code, leading us to be in a lockout situation. I called J&K and they promptly responded. After providing some troubleshooting tips over the phone, they came out within 15 minutes to assist us and get us back inside our home and at a fair price. Could not be happier with the response time. Thanks J&K!
