They not only diagnosed the issue with my natural gas (Hayward h350fdn heater) they fixed it (gas valve not opening) and understanding that pool places are busy right now they came in a little over a week! I had the parts so I only paid for labor which was reasonable! The other places I called will not touch gas heaters and they were charging a fortune just to come out and diagnose problem without even fixing it! Then they never showed up ! Ty again Olympic for your professional reliable work!

I have an old hot tub that hadn't been used in years and was leaking. Called Olympic Pools.. from the very first contact I couldn't be happier. Everyone was so nice. Craig came out to assess the damage. Brian called with pricing of parts. Cory came out to replace a filter. Well turned out I needed a new heatpack as well. Cory came back replaced that fixed all leaks and pumps and viola My old hot tub is like new. Very reasonable pricing too. Thank you Brian, Cory and team. I highly recommend them..

My control panel display had no power going to it, the hot tub just suddenly stopped working without warning. I called Olympic pools, they said they would come the next day at noon, the guys actually showed up an hour earlier, which we were very happy about, considering it took other companies days to get back to us prior to finding Olympic pools. The two service guys Craig and Lee Were quick and efficient. They got the display back in within 5 minutes after replacing the fuse and replaced the capacitor as well, since they said that it was faulty and most likely what caused the fuse to blow. The capacitor was $30 bucks, the fuse was $13 bucks, service was $55 and labor... read full review
