I boarded my German Shepherd for 10 days with Val. It was his first time away from me and I was extremely nervous. He is fearful, slow to trust, and can show fear-based aggression toward strangers. Val immediately put me at ease by welcoming us for a visit the day before his stay so he could meet her and try to get comfortable.

The best part was that within just a couple of days, Val sent me a couple videos of him loving on her and letting her actually pet him. I was in shock, because if you know my dog, you know how he is .. lol. He truly bonded with her and loved her! Seeing him trust someone outside our family was incredible and speaks volumes about her patience, kindness, and understanding.

I’m so grateful to have found someone I can truly trust with him. If you have a nervous or particular dog, I highly recommend Val, she’s the best !

“There's a reason they have so many 5 star reviews they are amazing! They treated my cats like they were their own and even let me do video chats with them while I was away. They worked with me to get the cats boarded last minute after I had to evacuate the Middle East due to the war and they helped me with the process to get the cats shipped to my new job in the United Kingdom. Their love for the cats really shows and it really put me at ease knowing the cats would be well taken care of while I had to go away (and they were well taken care of). I'd recommend Meow Manor to anyone in the Pittsburgh area that is going on a vacation or needs somewhere to put their cats for a few weeks while they are away. Nikki and her whole team are amazing!”
