The Un-Flood-It team came to our rescue when our kitchen faucet failed and flooded our hardwood kitchen floor and inside our wall going downstairs. I typically do not write reviews but I cannot say enough good things about this company. We had sewage come up in our basement that needed removed and sanitized asap - especially with children and pets in the home. I reached out to them late Sunday and they were here by 8 am Monday morning. The team worked fast and efficient, they were very responsive, and went above and beyond to explain exactly what needed done. Overall they made the best out of a very terrible situation. I would recommend them to any family or friend who requires their services.
Greg was a excellent technician. We found water underneath our carpet and realized it was coming from underneath the staircase. We were worried about it costing thousands. After being screwed by so many contractors and professionals in fields we know nothing about, Greg could have said that we had an enormous problem. But guess what. He was honest and said it was really nothing. That a fan would dry it out and that there was not mold that would have warranted his company to come back and do an extreme wipe down. Specially after the pandemic it’s really hard to find honest workmen. So if you have a water problem, sewage, mold, odor or Dehumidification, call Greg at this company.
