“Our pine tree got struck by lightning over the weekend, splitting it. We were concerned it was going to fall on the only road in and out of our housing plan. We called a few emergency tree services, but only got recordings. I called Vaughan’s, and not only did I talk to Bryan, he came out on Sunday, 15 minutes later, to check on the tree to make sure it would be safe until the next day. He assured us that it was safe, and wasn’t going to split. He was right.
The team arrived by 8:00 AM, and they showed great professionalism. It was a well oiled machine. They were finished by 9:15AM! Everything was cleaned up and hauled away! The workers had an audience of neighbors that were just as impressed. There are a lot of trees in our neighborhood, and I’m sure we will be seeing their trucks in our area in the future.
