We had a unique emergency and Andrew was willing to help. We had adopted a new cat who crawled into the cold air return duct work. The cat had not come out for food or water in 3 days. When Andrew heard of our emergency, he immediately was willing to help. He was careful to minimize any potential damage to the duct work as we pulled it apart to locate the cat. We successfully retrieved her. Then he restored the duct work back to its original condition. He was very thoughtful and patient while we worked on problem solving the issue. We will be hirimg him to do future projects around the house.
