I come to this place regularly because my Dad is friends with some of the staff and because prices are conveniently cheap. I came to this place to check in for a bad cough I've had for weeks on end. When I come in, the office lady looks overly pissed off and doesn't seem to greet anyone. Instead, she yells at my Dad who can hardly speak fluent English because he left the door open on accident. We sit down and it takes more than TWO HOURS just to get a checkup, the service was terrible and the place looks like a home renovated as a hospital system. If I could give this zero stars, I bet you I would rate it as that.

The check in experience was terrible. My visit here was made great only because of the professional LPN I saw during my visit..this female LPN, don’t know her name, she is a person of color. She was very professional and smart. I’d go back here just because of her.

Extremely rude staff member went off on me and got in my face for showing up 10 minutes before the time my employer told me to be there when apparently I was supposed to be there before that time. Miscommunication was not my fault and there was no need to be hostile about it. If only 0 stars was an option.
