I joined Madtime about a year ago and I don’t know what I’d do without them now. All the staff are extremely kind, knowledgeable and encouraging. I love that there is a variety of classes to choose. Going to Madtime is great for me physically but also mentally. If you live in the area give it a try. Typically the first class is free so you really don’t have anything to lose.
I did a drop in class for “inhale, exhale, stretch” Not only do I feel better, everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and kind! The gym was very clean and organized. I enjoyed that there were women of all levels, and I didn’t have to worry of judgment. As soon as the class was over I signed up for a membership. Thanks so much!
Joined 10 months ago and I absolutely love it. The coaches are inspirational. You can walk into any class at any level of fitness and feel comfortable. The members are full of good vibes and positive energy!
