About Retro Fitness
Retro Fitness is a fun place to work out, offering a variety of equipment and classes for all ages and fitness levels. The gym is well-lit, clean, and well-maintained, with a Smoothie Bar and Pro Shop on site. Friendly staff provide excellent customer service, going out of their way to help members. Group fitness classes, such as Zumba, are energetic and enthusiastic. The facility also offers classes like rockout pound and chair aerobics, which are enjoyed by many. The gym has new machines that are all in working order, allowing members to get a great workout. Although it lacks a sauna and steam room, the gym is always busy but never feels crowded, creating a good atmosphere for everyone. The space is bright and welcoming, suitable for all ages, shapes, and sizes, making it a comfortable environment for both social and solo workouts.
I've been a member of Retro Stroudsburg since they first opened and immediately loved the open floor space. Just recently they've added new machines creating a more unified workout environment. I especially appreciate having access to equipment (assault bike, suspension training straps) that was off limits before. They've definitely did a great job using every inch of the gym... felt motivated. The staff is great, helpful and always respectful. I love the sauna, massage room, light therapy.. I really love what they did.. it's great.
The gym has multiple machines for different types of workouts that are great for most excercises. The place is usually not full which means you have space to work out. The staff is mostly kind and remembers you upon arriving
I love going to Retro Fitness! They have a great variety of machines, and it never feels overcrowded because everyone is spread out throughout the gym. The group classes are amazing, and the instructors are fantastic. Everything is always clean, organized, and well-maintained. They are currently going through a remodel, and it's already looking great
I can't wait to see the finished result!
