Imaginations Florals & More is a florist known for its exceptional floral arrangements and creative designs. Ally, the florist, is described as "absolutely wonderful" and able to create stunning arrangements tailored to the customer's exact requests. She captured autumnal colors and listened to what customers wanted, making visions come true. The business is also commended for its responsiveness, flexibility, and attention to detail, particularly in accommodating last-minute changes and providing personalized service. Ally's attention to detail is impressive, even when she was headed to a private event. She designed a centerpiece to specifications and worked within a budget, even ordering fresh flowers. Ally delivered arrangements herself, fitting them in for same-day delivery and including vases. She even brought them in a travelling box for customers from out of town and sent photos. Victoria was great with delivery communication. The flowers are gorgeous and a highlight of the occasion, with some lasting a week. Customers found Ally different from other florists, as she listened to the customer.
I had such a fabulous experience with Imaginations. Someone sent me flowers for my book launch and Imaginations called me right up, asked when they could deliver and showed up 30 minutes later with one of the most gorgeous, freshest bouquet of flowers I’ve ever had. They were so gorgeous in the wrap, I didn’t want to take them out! I did though ;)...figures it would be best for the flowers. Days later, they’re still so beautiful. The customer service was so amazing. I highly, highly recommend!!!
