I am absolutely thrilled with St. Francis Animal Hospital. The Doctors and the staff are fabulous. Last year I went there thinking I was going to say goodbye to my 14 year old cat. After seeing Dr. Carpenter, my cat is back to her old self and I couldn't be happier. He is now treating my little dog and the results are wonderful. Thank you St. Francis! I have been going to this Vet for decades. I am so grateful for all the wonderful care each and every pet I had owned and presently own are given, If the good Doctor does not know a question about your need or concern, she will refer you to a specialist. Just like your own family practitioner would do. If you are scheduled a tech appointment for simple needs, you might not see face to face the Veterinarian Doctor, but rest assured that each and every technician is very knowledgeable with your questions and concerns. Dr. Carpenter is so caring with my two dogs. He explains to me any concerns and any medication if required. The staff is so friendly. Several times I had to call for health issues. They responded and got the message to the dr .quickly.
I have always had professional and satisfied visits.
