Their staff is always courteous & attentive. Kym is wonderful to work with throughout the process of acquiring a wig. She is personable & quite knowledgeable. I was completely comfortable & well-informed of my options & my final decisions.

Kym was really great. I had done a lot of research on toppers prior to finding her salon. Instead of ordering online, I decided to make an in-person appointment. She took time on educating me on the different varieties, colors, brands, synthetic vs. real. Got to try on a few pieces before she ordered my topper. About 4 days later, my topper came in and I got to see it. I loved it. She washed it and dried it for me all awhile explaining the care process. Super easy compared to what I thought I would have to do. She dried it and showed me how to put it on and cut and styled it to my liking. Best appointment ever!
