Michael did a great job fixing my washer. He was prompt for the time he said he would arrive. Fixed the washer very quickly then educated me on why it broke. I had never in my life cleaned my washer except to get dog hair out. I didn't know about afresh, and cleaning monthly. If you have any appliance problem he is the guy to call. Im glad we did.

Michael is the technician/expert that can help you with your appliances. He has lots of great tips and helped educate me regarding my washer and I need to use a specific soap to wash out from the washer detergent leftover from cleaning clothes. This detergent can clog the washer and prevent it from cycling through. I am really grateful that Michael took the time to explain this to me and gave me a few other great tips.
