“Jesse Short from complete roofing systems was phenomenal from start to finish. I got several quotes for my roof and he was by far the most thorough explaining every detail about what was offered. He put a temporary patch on my roof right away until I could get the full replacement done. After signing the contract and putting my initial down payment for the project I got hit with a bad hail storm and he reached out to me to do an additional inspection and was a strong advocate for me when it turned into an insurance claim. He came back out several times to help me meet all the insurance documentation needed for my claim. He was available for all my questions and was extremely helpful. I could not recommend complete roofing systems and Bauer specialty enough.”
