This was my first time in Ken and company. Great customer service, this started when I called to schedule an appointment. The young lady who answered was very pleasant and helped me schedule for the very next day. When I arrived I felt very welcomed. I waited for about 4 minutes. I was treated with dignity and respect. Amanda cut and colored my hair, I found her very knowledgeable and professional and very friendly. She gave me an excellent hair cut and I love the color. I will be seeing her again in 5 weeks. I found the shop very clean and very friendly. I found my new hairdresser.

I went here not expecting much after going to the same barber for years back in Sweden, but the result was close to as good as I was used to! I've tried a couple of different barbers in NYC now too, but this salon has yet been beat. Great service, friendly staff, good price, and a great haircut! Took my daughter here to get styled for a wedding. The staff were super helpful in getting her a last minute appt. They were so friendly when we arrived and that put us at ease since it was our first time being here.She was styled by Amanda who did such an amazing job at making her look beautiful. She even took the time to show my daughter how to style her hair this way in the future. She didn't have to do that but we really appreciate that she did.And the style stayed all night!If we're ever back in the area, we're def coming to Ken & Company.
