Dr Yelena Kipervas took the time to understand what I wanted to achieve and gave honest, realistic advice rather than pushing for more than I needed. She is very attentive to your needs and wishes. She is also aware and trained for newer treatments.
The procedures themself was quick and far less uncomfortable than I expected — they used numbing cream beforehand, which made a big difference. The results looked natural, not overdone, enhancing my features rather than changing them completely.
The whole experience felt professional, safe, and hygienic.
