We very, very highly recommend family restoration! We needed a roof replaced so we reached out to several local roofing companies for estimates. The estimate from family restoration was reasonable and in line with two of the other estimates. We selected the restoration because the sales approach was absolutely no pressure contract was in simple, easy to understand language in a no nonsense approach. The work was delayed a few days due to weather, but on the day of the installation, the doorbell rang promptly at 7:30 to let us know they were about to begin, and they completed the roof the same day. They came back the next day to install the gutters and downspouts. Every aspect about their work was professional, and they left our property cleaner than it was when they arrived! Hopefully, we never have to replace our roof again in our lifetime, but if we do, we will call family restoration!
They were on time for our estimate day. Sat in our driveway to write up the estimate. Booked us within weeks. We weren’t sure what color shingles we wanted so Manny dropped off a bunch of each color so we could decide. He showed up with his men and had the job complete within 10 hours! Very particular with details. Cleaned up everything. They put tarps around the house & brought their own dumpster. Once the roof was completed they redid our flooring inside which wasn’t done properly with the previous owners. Again, very meticulous with details and was on time each and every day. Truly impressed with how professional they were along with the work. Highly recommend!!
